Terms of Service

This booking website is powered by AsparaOS, a third-party platform provider.Pearl Beauty Head Spa is the service provider and is solely responsible for the salon services you receive. AsparaOS is not a party to your appointment or any financial transaction between you and Pearl Beauty Head Spa, and bears no liability for services rendered or withheld. AsparaOS processes appointment data on Pearl Beauty Head Spa's behalf.

• Appointments are subject to availability and staff scheduling. Confirmation is provided via email.
• Bookings are for the specific date, time, service, and (where selected) technician. Any changes require direct contact with Pearl Beauty Head Spa.
• Pearl Beauty Head Spa reserves the right to decline, reschedule, or cancel any booking at its discretion with reasonable notice to you.
• Online bookings are not guaranteed until you receive an email confirmation. Hold slots expire if not confirmed within the stated window.
• You must be the person named in the booking or have express authorization to book on behalf of another person.

• We request at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or reschedules. This allows us to offer the slot to other clients.
• Late cancellations (under 24 hours) or no-shows may result in partial or full forfeiture of any deposit paid, at Pearl Beauty Head Spa's discretion.
• Repeated no-shows or last-minute cancellations may result in restricted future booking access or a requirement to prepay in full.
• If Pearl Beauty Head Spa cancels your appointment, we will notify you promptly and offer a reschedule or full refund of any deposit.
• In the event of a genuine emergency, please contact Pearl Beauty Head Spa directly; accommodations may be made at Pearl Beauty Head Spa's sole discretion.

• Certain services require a deposit at the time of booking to secure your appointment. The deposit amount is shown before you complete your booking.
• Deposits are applied toward the total cost of your service at checkout.
• All payments are processed securely by our payment processor (Stripe or Square). Pearl Beauty Head Spa and AsparaOS do not store your card number, CVV, or full payment card details.
• The price shown at booking is the price you will be charged. Final pricing may differ only if you add services or upgrades at the salon on the day of your appointment.
• Deposits are generally non-refundable in the event of a no-show or late cancellation, per Section 3.
• Near-term bookings: for appointments within a few days, the deposit is placed as an authorization hold — not an immediate charge. It may appear as pending on your bank statement until it is released (when you arrive) or captured (on a no-show or late cancellation).
• Bookings further out: because a card hold expires after about a week, your card is instead securely saved on file with our payment processor at the time of booking — no charge and no hold is made then. It is charged the deposit amount only if you no-show or cancel late, per Section 3. You expressly authorize this when you check the authorization box to complete your booking.
• Refunds, where applicable, are at Pearl Beauty Head Spa's discretion and are processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
• Gift bookings are different. When you book a service as a gift for another person, the full price of the service is charged immediately at booking (not a deposit), and the booking is final. Gift bookings are non-refundable. The purchaser or the recipient may contact Pearl Beauty Head Spa to reschedule; whether a reschedule is permitted, and how many times, is at Pearl Beauty Head Spa's sole discretion. You confirm you have the right to book on the recipient's behalf, and the recipient is subject to these Terms.
• Gift cards are final sale. Gift cards purchased at Pearl Beauty Head Spa are paid in full at the time of purchase and are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. The balance is redeemable only at Pearl Beauty Head Spa toward services; if a service costs more than the remaining balance, you pay the difference. By purchasing a gift card, you agree to these Terms and waive any right to a chargeback or payment dispute on the purchase.

YOU ARE REQUIRED TO DISCLOSE any allergies, medical conditions, medications, skin sensitivities, or other health factors that may be relevant to the services you are receiving. Failure to do so is at your own risk. Pearl Beauty Head Spa is not liable for adverse reactions, injuries, or complications resulting from your failure to disclose relevant health information prior to your appointment.

• Chemical services (color, relaxers, perms, lash glue, waxing) carry inherent risks including allergic reactions. Patch tests are available on request — please ask at least 48 hours in advance.
• Certain services may not be appropriate if you are pregnant, have active skin conditions, recent surgery, or certain medical implants. Consult your healthcare provider before booking.
• By proceeding with services, you acknowledge awareness of these risks and voluntarily assume them.

• Service outcomes (hair color, styling, lash, nail, or skin results) depend on individual factors including hair type, skin type, health history, and prior chemical treatments. Results may vary.
• Service descriptions and time estimates are guidelines. Actual duration may differ based on individual needs.
• Pearl Beauty Head Spa will make reasonable efforts to achieve your desired result but cannot guarantee specific outcomes.
• Concerns about a service result must be communicated to Pearl Beauty Head Spa within 7 days of your appointment to be eligible for a correction appointment. Corrections are offered at Pearl Beauty Head Spa's discretion.

Pearl Beauty Head Spa is committed to providing a safe and professional environment for all clients and staff. We reserve the right to refuse service to any individual who is intoxicated, verbally or physically abusive, disrespectful to staff or other clients, or poses a risk to health and safety. No refund is owed in the event of refusal for conduct reasons. Clients who are removed from the premises for safety reasons forfeit any deposit paid.

Pearl Beauty Head Spa is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage to your personal belongings while on the premises. Please keep valuables with you at all times. This limitation applies to vehicles in any adjacent or on-site parking area.

Pearl Beauty Head Spa may photograph service results for portfolio, training, or promotional purposes. If you do not consent to photography, please notify your technician before your appointment begins. By not objecting, you grant Pearl Beauty Head Spa a non-exclusive license to use images of your service result (not your face unless separately consented) for promotional purposes.

All content on this booking website — including text, photos, logos, pricing, and design — is the property of Pearl Beauty Head Spa or its licensors (including AsparaOS) and is protected by applicable copyright and trademark law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content without prior written permission.

THIS BOOKING WEBSITE AND ITS CONTENT ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND.Pearl Beauty Head Spa AND ASPARAOS MAKE NO WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING AS TO THE ACCURACY OR COMPLETENESS OF CONTENT, AVAILABILITY OF BOOKING SLOTS, OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. BOOKING AVAILABILITY IS REAL-TIME AND MAY CHANGE. WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR ERRORS IN PRICING OR AVAILABILITY DISPLAYED ON THIS SITE.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW: (A) PEARL BEAUTY HEAD SPA AND ASPARAOS ARE NOT LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THIS BOOKING WEBSITE OR THE SERVICES PROVIDED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL; AND (B) THE TOTAL LIABILITY OF PEARL BEAUTY HEAD SPA TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIM SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE SPECIFIC APPOINTMENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.

Some jurisdictions do not allow limitation of certain damages. In those jurisdictions, liability is limited to the greatest extent permitted by applicable law.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Pearl Beauty Head Spa, its owners, staff, and agents, and AsparaOS, from any claims, damages, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from: (a) your use of this booking website; (b) your violation of these Terms; (c) your violation of any law; or (d) any false or misleading information you provide in connection with a booking.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Pearl Beauty Head Spa operates (CA), without regard to conflict of law provisions, and the competent courts of that jurisdiction have authority over any dispute.

Resolving a dispute. Before bringing any legal claim, you agree to first contact Pearl Beauty Head Spa directly to seek an informal resolution — most concerns are resolved quickly and amicably. If informal resolution fails after 30 days, either party may pursue the matter through the courts (or, where available, small claims court). Where binding arbitration is offered and permitted by applicable law — for example, under the rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA) for salons in the United States — either party may elect it as an alternative to court. You may also use any consumer alternative dispute resolution (ADR) scheme available in your country.

Class action waiver (where enforceable). To the fullest extent permitted by the law of your jurisdiction, you agree that claims will be brought in your individual capacity only, and not as a plaintiff or class member in any class action or representative proceeding. This waiver does not apply where it is prohibited or unenforceable under applicable law.

Your consumer rights. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any statutory rights you have as a consumer under the law of your country — including, where applicable, the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015, the Australian Consumer Law, or Canadian and US consumer-protection statutes — and those rights always take precedence over any conflicting provision here.

Pearl Beauty Head Spa may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be indicated by an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of this booking website after changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
