Accessibility Statement

Last updated: June 23, 2026

Our Commitment

Pearl Beauty Head Spa is committed to ensuring that our booking website is accessible to everyone, including people with disabilities. We strive to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA standards.

Measures We Take

  • Semantic HTML structure with proper heading hierarchy
  • Sufficient color contrast ratios for text and interactive elements
  • Keyboard-navigable booking flow (Tab, Enter, Escape)
  • Descriptive link text and button labels
  • Form fields with visible labels and error messages
  • Responsive design that works across screen sizes and zoom levels
  • No content that flashes more than 3 times per second

Known Limitations

While we work toward full accessibility, some areas may not yet meet all WCAG 2.1 AA criteria:

  • Some photo gallery images may lack descriptive alt text depending on what the salon has uploaded.
  • The embedded booking calendar may have limited screen-reader support in older browser versions.
  • Custom template styling may occasionally affect focus indicator visibility on certain browsers.

We are actively working to address these issues.
